Our Philosophy

Every Molak garment is handcrafted using natural materials and eco-printing techniques. Slight variations in color, print placement, and botanical impressions are part of the beauty of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
Original tags and packaging are intact.
The item is returned in saleable condition.

Size Exchanges
One complimentary size exchange is allowed per order.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective product
An incorrect item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Clear photographs
Unboxing video
Upon verification, Molak will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or made-to-order products
Products purchased during clearance sales
Gift cards
Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage
Products without original tags or packaging

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
A replacement cannot be provided.
The item received is defective and verified by our quality team.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the product passes inspection.

Return Shipping

For approved exchanges or defective products:
Molak will arrange reverse pickup wherever available.
If reverse pickup is unavailable:
Customers may self-ship the item.
Shipping reimbursement will be provided upon approval.
